Frank Hill

Frank Hill is a native Rochesterian but moved to the great state of Florida in 1969. He began his education there, attending Tarpon Springs Senior High and graduating in 1982, where the motto is. (Sponger for Life) he started his employment history by working in the Nuclear Medicine Department at Hellen Ellis Memorial Hospital for 8 years as a Technician. Fate would have him move back to Rochester in 1986, was employed at Rochester General Hospital briefly then decided to further his education, by attending Bryant & Stratton Business College graduating in 1988 with an AS Degree in Medical Assisting, Medical Office Assistant, and Medical Terminology. This allowed him to be employed at Strong Memorial Hospital for 5 years in the Urology Dept as a Clinical Technician. Transferred to St. Mary's Hospital working in the Psychiatric Unit as Lead Technician for 12 years. Served at DePaul Community  Services for 5 years as a Program Counselor in the Day Treatment Program. In 2010 took the many skills he possessed and joined the team at Catholic Family Center/Restart Residential Department as a program counselor then was promoted to Program Manager of the Supportive Living Dept where he currently oversees that staff. Worships at First Genesis Baptist Church, since 1986, became an ordained deacon in 1989, and served as Chairman of Deacond for 10 years. In 2006 he completed the AALDP program. Served on many committees during his tenure Renovation, New Members, and Church Anniversary. He currently is under the pastoral guidance of Dr. Frederick Johnson Sr. Frank also was employed at Jordan Health Center, for several years, in conjunction with Bridges to Wellness, a project geared to improving the overall health and wellness of the NorthEast Quadrant of the city of Rochester. Frank firmly believes in “helping others achieve their goals, which in turn allows him, to achieve his, through serving.
