Honoring Deacon Frank Hill

We are honored to recognize Deacon Frank Hill for his decades of dedicated service, both within First Genesis Baptist Church and throughout the Rochester community.
A native Rochesterian, Deacon Hill has built a lifelong legacy rooted in service, leadership, and compassion. From his early work in nuclear medicine to his leadership in psychiatric care, wellness initiatives, and human services, his professional journey reflects a deep commitment to improving lives.
Since joining First Genesis in 1986 and being ordained in 1989, Deacon Hill has devoted himself to a wide range of responsibilities. He has served faithfully as Chairman of the Deacons, church van driver, meal deliverer within the community, and photographer for the church’s website. In addition, he has contributed his time and talents to vital church committees, including Renovation, New Members, and Church Anniversary. His unwavering passion for supporting others in reaching their goals shines through in every role he undertakes.
Deacon Hill’s belief that “serving others allows him to fulfill his own purpose” is a guiding principle that continues to bless our church and community.
We thank you, Deacon Hill, for your unwavering faith, heart for service, and leadership that has inspired so many.
