Deacon Hailey stands as a beacon of faith and unwavering dedication at First Genesis Baptist Church, where his steadfast commitment to God and his community illuminates every aspect of his service. His spiritual journey is deeply anchored in his formative years at Midway Baptist Church in North Carolina, where he humbly and passionately led as the President of the Male Usher Board, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, humility, and devotion. At First Genesis, Deacon Hailey continues to exemplify his servant’s heart through active participation in the Male Usher Board and the Men’s Ministry, further enriching the lives of those around him.

As a devoted husband to his soulmate, Jacquline, and a proud father to his three cherished children—James Jr., Ja’Daiza, and Ji’Ren—James finds his greatest fulfillment in the love and unity of his family. Summers see him tending to his yard with care, a reflection of his nurturing spirit and attention to detail. His passion for cars reveals his appreciation for craftsmanship and precision, while his love for traveling with his family creates priceless memories that strengthen their bond.
