Women of Faith Spotlight: Honoring Easter Tucker

Known affectionately as a Church Parliamentarian extraordinaire, Easter Tucker has long been a pillar of wisdom, order, and faithful leadership within the church and throughout the community.

A true Woman of Faith, she carries herself with grace, knowledge, and a deep understanding of service rooted in purpose.

Her commitment to ministry is evident in every area she touches. As an avid missionary, faithful Trustee, Sunday School teacher, member of the Mother Board, and Board Member of the Women’s Ministry, she has dedicated countless years to nurturing both the spiritual and practical needs of others. Her leadership continues through her role as Chairwoman of the First Genesis Development Corporation, helping shape vision and growth for the future of the church community.

Easter’s impact extends far beyond the sanctuary walls. A proud member of Beta Chi Chi Sorority and former President of Metropolitan Women, she has continually championed leadership, sisterhood, and community empowerment. She also served as a Board Member of Friendly Home, reflecting her commitment to care, advocacy, and support for others.

Her professional accomplishments are equally inspiring. Easter Tucker formerly served as a Professor at Nazareth College School of Nursing and as the Director of RGH Assisted Living, dedicating her career to education, healthcare, and compassionate leadership. Through both ministry and profession, she has poured wisdom, guidance, and care into countless lives.

What makes Easter Tucker truly special is not simply the many roles she has held, but the integrity and faithfulness with which she has carried them. She exemplifies perseverance, wisdom, and servant leadership across generations.
